Breast Implant Revision
Breast augmentation can be a rewarding and satisfying endeavor. The majority of women that undergo breast augmentation surgery with breast implants in Florida are very pleased with their results. However, any surgical procedure has potential complications, and breast augmentation surgery is no different. When complications do occur, it may be necessary to perform additional surgery to correct these problems. Due to Dr. Tyrone’s extensive training in cosmetic surgery and breast surgery, he is expertly trained to handle the most complicated breast implant problems. He has the surgical skills and artistry, combined with the experience and clinical judgment to help patients with a wide range of problems. We see patients from throughout Florida and the United States who desire to undergo breast implant revision surgery.
The most common complications that can occur as a result of breast implant surgery are; capsular contracture, bottoming out, double bubble deformity, “snoopy” deformity/breast droop issues, rippling/wrinkling, and implant malposition problems. Some of these cases require revisionary surgery. Because each of these issues is unique, at your consultation Dr. Tyrone will discuss surgical options with you and develop a surgical plan specific to your case. It is not uncommon for patients to have one or more of these problems, and each one will need to be specifically addressed. We encourage you to contact our office to schedule a consultation to discuss your options.
